1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the game RAZRYV and of the associated services on the website and in the application (the “Service”), operated at razryv.online by Razryv Games (I.S), registered under CNPJ 69.392.674/0001-85.
By marking that you have read and accepted these Terms and signing in with your Google account, you agree to every clause below. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Acceptance is recorded on your account (date, time, and version of the Terms). If we publish a new version, we will ask for a new acceptance on the next visit.
2. The Service
RAZRYV is a digital card game, in continuous development. Features, cards, modes, rewards, and rules may change without prior notice. The Service may be unavailable because of maintenance, a technical failure, or an operational decision.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
3. Account and Google authentication
Sign-in is done exclusively through Google authentication. The first visit creates the account automatically.
You represent that the Google account you use is yours. We do not ask for, and we do not store, the password of your Google account.
4. Google email and photo
At login, Google sends RAZRYV only what is needed to open the account. That does not give access to your mailbox, your contacts, Drive, or other private data.
- Email — stays only on your account, so we can recognize it and avoid duplicates. Other players do not see your email. We do not send advertising. We may send only rare and essential notices from the game itself (for example, security or suspension).
- Public photo — becomes the avatar in the hub, in rooms, on the ranking, and in the feed, until you change it in the game profile.
- Google public name — only helps create the account. The name visible in the game is the nickname, which you can change.
Changing the photo on Google after login does not by itself change the photo already saved in RAZRYV; you can replace it at any time in the profile.
5. Game data we collect
Besides the Google data, the Service records information needed to operate the game, including:
- nickname, photo you upload, decks, cards created in the Deck Builder, and credits;
- match history, statistics, objectives, medals, and public activity in the hub;
- technical connection data (IP address, browser/device) for security, session, and abuse containment;
- error reports you send and internal failure logs.
Some of that data (nickname, avatar, results, ranking, and feed) is visible to other players. Do not put, in the nickname, the photo, or the cards, content you do not want associated with your identity in the game.
6. Why we keep that data
We keep what is needed to create and maintain the account, authenticate access, show the profile in the game, run matches, the store, ranking, and rewards, prevent fraud and cheating, improve the Service, and comply with the law.
We do not sell your data. The email does not go to other players or to advertising. Technical providers (hosting, database, Google authentication, file storage) are involved only so the game can work.
7. Your rights (LGPD)
Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law, you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability when applicable, erasure of personal data, and withdrawal of consent.
Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion of the account prevents use of the Service. We may retain the minimum needed for security, anti-abuse, and a legal duty.
Requests for deletion or correction can be made from the game itself (when that function exists) or by email at contato@razryv.online.
8. Ban on automation and cheating
RAZRYV must be played by a person, in the official interface. The following is expressly prohibited:
- using bots, scripts, macros, auto-clickers, protocol emulators, or any unofficial client;
- automating login, matches, purchases, card creation, reward collection, or any other action;
- scraping, mining, or bulk collection of cards, players, rankings, or data from the Service;
- exploiting flaws, network delays, or synchronization errors deliberately or repeatedly;
- creating or operating multiple accounts to gain an advantage, farm rewards, or evade sanctions;
- interfering with the server, the client, or the experience of other players.
A breach of this clause authorizes immediate suspension or deletion of the account, loss of credits and virtual items, and any other measures needed to protect the game and the other players.
9. Conduct
It is prohibited to harass, threaten, or discriminate against other players; to use a nickname, photo, chat, or cards with unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, hate content, or content that violates third-party rights; and to impersonate another person or the RAZRYV team.
We may refuse, change, or remove a nickname, photo, and cards that breach these Terms.
10. Content you submit
Nickname, photo, Deck Builder cards, and other submissions remain yours. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to store, display, and reproduce that content inside the Service.
You represent that you have the right to use the image and the text you submit and that they do not infringe the law or any third-party right.
11. RAZRYV property
The name RAZRYV, the art, the official cards, the rules, the code, the marks, and the rest of the game’s body of work belong to their owners. Use of the Service does not transfer those rights. Copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting that material without authorization is prohibited.
12. Credits and virtual items
Credits, decks, cards, and rewards exist only inside the game. They are not money, they have no redemption value, and they do not create a right to a refund, except where applicable law requires one.
We may adjust balances, rewards, and items in case of error, abuse, automation, or a technical failure.
13. Age
The Service is rated for ages 7 and up. Children under 12 may use RAZRYV only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the account and also accepts these Terms. Teenagers aged 12 to 17 should use the Service with their guardian’s knowledge. We do not use players’ data for advertising; details are in the Privacy Notice.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, in particular the clauses on automation, cheating, and conduct, or that put the Service at risk. You may stop using the game at any time.
15. Limitation of liability
The Service is offered “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of progress, credits, data, or availability, or for indirect damages arising from use of the game or from the inability to use it.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that Brazilian law grants and that cannot be waived.
16. Changes
We may update these Terms. The current version is the one published at razryv.online/terms. Material changes require a new acceptance at login. If you do not accept the new version, you will not be able to keep using the Service.
